Will harmful substances be released during the use of 19MM Teflon tape?

No harmful substances are released when using 19mm Teflon tape. Teflon tape is typically made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), a very chemically stable material with excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance and non-stick properties.
Due to its special material and structure, Teflon tape does not release harmful gases or chemicals when exposed to heat or pressure. Therefore, under normal use, it is safe and can be used in food processing, oven baking, sealed packaging and other applications that require food contact.
If Teflon tape is heated to extremely high temperatures beyond its temperature resistance range, some harmful substances may be produced. Therefore, avoid exceeding its temperature range when using it and follow the instructions for use.
If Teflon tape is mechanically damaged or chemically corroded, some tiny particles or fragments may be released. Therefore, when replacing or disposing of waste Teflon tape, appropriate measures should be taken to avoid direct contact and inhalation of these particles.
Under normal use, 19mm Teflon tape will not release harmful substances. However, it should be used and handled correctly to avoid excessive temperature and mechanical damage.
